"Pax Guest House is in a heritage building so it is important to know that some of the facilities are older. This did not impede our stay but it is something that visitors should be aware of before arriving. Both Gerard and Oda were wonderful hosts and made our time in Trinidad that much better. The room had a refrigerator and we had access to the microwave, toaster, and needed serving instruments in the breakfast area to be able to buy food and have dinner in the hotel rather than have to go out."

"The Airport Inn is more like a B&B than a hotel. It's quite quaint and pleasant. The hospitality was excellent. We got in after midnight and needed to have milk available for a toddler and they made it happen. The buffet breakfast was quite nice for a complimentary breakfast. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but it felt very comfortable."

The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. "There is a pharmacy thats near, also restaurants. Its very convenient. Tony is very friendly and helpful always there when you call him. Please dont go looking for the Hilton its a comfy stay with the amenities that you need. "
