"It’s a new property. So everything was new and fresh. Hope they maintain the same for every guest as they age. Small and well established property. Gated property with all round security. Parking is congested when there are more vehicles. Staff are attentive, polite and courteous. The kitchen staff are kind and caring. "This hotel was a delightful surprise! Settled in the high altitudes surrounded by tea plantations and phenomenal scenery! The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
