"El hotel tiene elementos fotogenicos, que permiten hacer una sobreventa de sus servicios. Por ejemplo, la piscina del piso 17: es absurdo lo llena que está, peor que piscina de crucero. El restaurante del piso 17 no tiene capacidad adecuada, pedimos unas hamburguesas y 40 minutos después cuando solicitamos cancelar el pedido, el chico que nos atendía, nos indico que primero debía verificar si ya estában por salir, a los 5 minutos regreso para indicarnos que podíamos cancelar sin problema, pues el pedido no había empezado a ser preparado!! Los cuartos son básicos, para un hotel 5 estrellas y la vista - por lo menos del nuestro - era terrible. Más para un Platinum member. Y es que la experiencia inicio mal, pues los colombianos que decidimos en el exterior estamos exentos de IVA, pero la norma indica que se debe mostrar el pasaporte con sello de ingreso, pero esa norma es anacrónico, pues con BioMig, los pasaportes no se sellan. En todos los hoteles que nos hemos alojado han entendido esto, salvo aquí, que nos indicaron que debían cobrarlo por política. La política debe ser: ignorar las necesidades del cliente 😠"

"A nice boutique hotel in a great location. Rooms are on the small side but very well appointed. A great rooftop restaurant and a choice on the first floor. Fast casual, fast food and cafe. A very short walk to an abundance of others. "

"My only complaint was the air conditioning at night, not cold enough. I called the technician twice, and he seemed like not wanting to accept the fact that it was not blowing cold air and just give me excuses to the point that I asked him to leave. I did not complain to the front desk nor to the staff cause that’s not my style, but I expected better from the staff and the technicians of the air conditioning. Other than that everyone else was amazing."
