"Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that negatively affected our stay. First, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. As a result, whenever someone used the bathroom, unpleasant odors remained in the room and spread throughout the entire space, making it quite uncomfortable.
Additionally, the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. It only worked in fan mode, meaning neither the cooling nor heating functions were available. This made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the room.
These are important maintenance issues that should be addressed to improve the guest experience. We hope the hotel takes these comments into consideration and fixes these problems for future guests."
