"Cockroach on 2nd floor. Bug in my room. Carpet from the 90s. Bathroom not clean. I asked for a room near the elevators and he put me at the exit door. Very disappointing considering I had stayed multiple nights. I won't be back. Staff unfriendly."

"Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!"

"I ordered a king room and got two queens. We were there on a Monday and the pool /hot tub were only open Thursday-Sunday, which is not stated on the website. We had cable, but I heard some disappointed customers complaining that their room did not."
