"Really friendly staff & very clean everywhere which was great. House keeping staff were lovely & very helpful. Quite easily the cleanest place we have stayed in. Possibly some of the rooms were more style than substance as not practical in places. Some maintenance issues regarding loose tap in Room 3 . Do note : Avoid room 12 especially in hot weather as incredibly hot!! Poor ventilation & a pathetic fan which just blew around warm air. We asked to be moved after experiencing the worst night’s...

"Check in was easy, and staff were helpful regarding parking. Room was clean and comfortable enough for a couple nights. Towels and wash gel provided. Nice to include a table fan because of the hot weather. Could have done with some more sockets in the room - only 2 sockets and one was used by the fan."

"We stayed here the night before our cruise. Hotel was near the port and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room was spacious. Check-in was quick and front desk was anttentive and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Staff were great. Well located for walking around historic sites and museums.
That said, there was NO air conditioning in the room, hallways or lobby. Poor workmanship on installing doors and fixtures. Bathroom door would not open all the way and had ti be closed to get to room door. Shower VERY hard to turn on. No bedside end tables. Few electrical outlets."
