Parking available on site. We were the only two guests at the time and the breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for us. Host was very welcoming."

"This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"

"Our visit was like being spoiled from the moment we arrived! The staff and even the owner were there to make sure we had everything we needed! Though our visit was in the off season, the only thing we didn't get to use was the pool as it was just too cold. The breakfast, though, was the best we have ever had while traveling! "Was a spectacular room and bathroom, pool area was comfortable and pleasant place to spend time. Nice breakfast and good service. Large patio area with lovely views. Is about a 25 minute walk up hill to montepulciano which is a lovely place to spend the evening - worth booking the restaurants in town. The path from the hotel through the broken gate could really do with a bit of tlc"
