"The first night, our AC auto fan was broken but they fixed it the next day. Room was nice with sofa bed for the 3rd person. Breakfast was the best with so many selections like fresh fruits kiwis, apples, oranges and watermelon. Bread , cakes, yogurt, eggs, sausages, bacons, cheeses, salami and so many different of coffees and teas selections. The chapel church was very quiet and nice. Bit weird. Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them.
Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen.

"Stayed there for 1 night only for our travel out of Rome. Excellent location in a very vibrant neighborhood with a lot of trattorias nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious. "We loved our accommodations here during our stay in Florence. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and loved the vibe of the santo spirito neighborhood. Do not miss the Santo Spirito market in mornings and open cocktail hour vibe in the evening.
If you stay at this location, ask ahead to see if you can get a room on the 5th floor. Both have a terrace overlooking into the basilica garden. We felt like we have our own little apartment in Florence. Loved it."

"The hotel is quaint and beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing the sites and centrally located on a quiet street. Within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum as well as cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful from before our arrival until we left. I would highly recommend!"

Our room was very tidy and the staff was very helpful in orienting us to the city and assisting with transportation needs.
