BOA LOCALIZAÇÃO MAS ATENDIMENTO RUDE.

A pousada é bem localizada e está bem novinha. Camareiras super atenciosas e quarto confortável. Bom café da manhã. Contudo, houve uma ocorrência na recepção que causou certo CONSTRANGIMENTO a minha família. Em razão da alta procura no feriado local (16/9), meu filho e minha nora não conseguiram quarto disponível nesta pousada, mas se hospedaram na pousada ao lado e foram até lá me procurar e, mesmo se identificando, não puderam entrar. Apenas meu filho, após certa insistência, enquanto minha nora foi proibida. A atendente foi extremamente rude, sem o mínimo de bom senso, mesmo sabendo q não somos turistas de fora, moramos em Maceió e somos conhecidos na região. Essa senhora, q é uma das proprietárias foi grosseira; inclusive me pediu p usar pulseira, qdo ninguém mais na pousada estava usando. Também constatei a presença de outras pessoas convidadas no pátio da pousada q não estavam hospedadas lá. Enfim, tratamento ruim, seletivo e sem o mínimo de respeito ao hóspede. Primeira impressão foi péssima. Espero q reavaliem o tratamento com o hóspede, pois conversando c amigos da região q encontramos na praia, essa senhora é conhecida por seu atendimento grosseiro.

Embora o Hotéis.com a listasse como pousada com estacionamento, NÃO HÁ ESTACIONAMENTO, tem que deixar o carro na rua, o que não era uma opção para mim. Pousada com música alta e barulhenta, além de ranger as redes estendidas nas varandas dos quartos.

Tivemos uma ótima experiencia com a Pousada, boa localização, ambiente aconchegante, Café da manha excelente inclusive as atendentes do café muito educadas sempre fazendo o que pedíamos, sempre estava limpo o quarto, foi inesquecível, o único ponto que deixou a desejar foi o conforto do quarto, que escutávamos tudo que era barulho dos quartos vizinhos.
