"I love this hotel. We had a fabulous time. The hotel is on the beach which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff is helpful and kind. Not all of the staff speaks English - not a problem but good to know. Our room was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food options. "O hotel é aconchegante, no geral limpo, áreas em comum, quarto limpo, banheiro com lodo nos azulejos, não só no rejunte. Sauna boa, mas também com lodo nos azulejos, jacuzzi tonha que esperar 30 minutos pra aquecer mas não aqueceu, tem que ficar apertando um botão pra sair o jato mais forte. Água estava limpa mas depou que ligou começou a aparecer cabelos por toda a jacuzzi. Tivemos um problema com 9 chuveiro que não trocava de estação, nem no frio, só no fervendo, pela porco, tivemos que tomar...

"Estava tudo muito limpo, sem cheiro nenhum, minha filha e eu temos alergia mas não sentimos nenhum cheiro desagradável. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são atenciosos e bem solícitos! Ótimo local!!"

"I enjoyed my stay overall. The only complaint I have is that I requested a quiet room, and on my first night there was a guest birthday party. l had to leave my room around 10:00 pm to avoid the loud noise from party. Since I requested a quiet room, I expected to give me a room far away from any party. The owner and employees were very nice. The transportation to the beach was a plus."

"Owners are there to personally ensure that our needs and requests were met. Owners and staff are highly personable and a joy to be around. Other guests seemed pleasant. The beach is incredible, and there is more to this city than meets the eye. For instance, some neighborhoods feature a vibrant night life. But its easy to avoid entirely if that's not your thing. Next time we will visit the waterfalls and some of the other area attractions."
