"The hotel is like staying in a palace. It is utterly charming with big chandeliers everywhere! The reception area is large & open with plenty of easy chairs to sit & steps up to the bar & lounge. "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das vorhandene Geschirr leider nicht ganz und in den Handtüchern waren fremde lange Haare. Ansonsten war das Zimmer und auch das Bad sehr toll und großzügig. Die Klima war einwandfrei und hat das Zimmer gut gekühlt. Das Frühstück war den Preis leider nicht wert. Die Mini Brötchen waren pappig, es gab Rührei aus der Packung und Tomate und Gurke. Für 20€ bekomme ich woanders wesentlich besseres Frühstück"

"The room was so peaceful and cool, especially as it was mid to late 30s outside. They don't have air conditioning but a different system which keeps the rooms cool and they just ask you to keep the blinds and curtains drawn to keep it cool. We had a busy weekend travelling to the Grand Prix, but the hotel was the perfect base to return to each evening to just chill and relax. Would definitely return here"

"There are no refrigerator or coffee machine in the room. Complimentary bottle of water are not provided for Expedia bookings. It was told to us with a very rude tone. If you need to iron your clothes, you will have to ask a key to have access to a room that has only two irons and boards to be used by the guests. My husband got the key and went to the room but it did not worked. When he came back to the reception to have it fixed, instead of an apology, they said he had probably touched...

"Very good hotel with good location, all amenities, electric kettle, fridge, AC, plenty of space. The only bad point was on cleanliness. The table was downright filthy. And the WiFi was really weak but that is common in Viennese hotels in this price range."

"Although not in the centre it was a great location. Only about 20 mins walk to the mall and City Airport Train. Room was very clean and bed was really comfortable."
