We sent a message before arrival to make sure they had luggage storage after checkout and to have 24hr service reception this is why we booked it and the hotel confirmed with a message. Once arrival, the receptionist was very nice and friendly and we asked again about luggage storage and said they do have it and wouldn’t be an issue also said will respond when needed but we never really got replies back from her the next day. "The property is very convenient for people who want to relax and be close to restaurants, beaches, stores etc. And the staff are incredible nice people always willing to help on anything you ask. Me and my Family love it. We already our next Vacation and that will include Aligio at terrenas."
