"The place was grotty - the front door was dirty and had smudge marks all over it - a regular wipe down wouldn't kill any one to do. It gave an impression of what will it be like inside. And yes the impression from the door confirmed it. The coffee table was old and had the under-the-table screws bulging the above surface. Floor and skirting was not well presented nor clean to the standard that the price charge should command! Towels need renewing. Fortunately, it was one night and not...

"The location was very convenient and the response from the property owner was prompt. But I was locked out of the room for a while when the lock battery was flat."

"Property sent email and sms message which stated that reception hours were till 6pm on Sat and this written on the door but when we requested to leave our bags till 6,we told that they closed at 5pm and we would have to be back before that time .Apartment was lacking in that there no coffee pods,no milk,no shampoo and conditioner or tea towel.Extra towels for use at pool and tea towel were supplied when we requested them by friendly reception staff who also supplied information on trams ad best...

"Location great Couldn’t access the pool, think it’s only available for permanent guests. Got stuck in lift for half hour 😳"

"Great room however very little to no natural light felt like we were in the dungeon. The outside area was dirty and a mess if they cleared and cleaned the area it would be nice to sit out there and have a cuppa. Otherwise everything else was great."

"Spacious quiet apartment, ideal for our family of five. Three toilets and two big bathrooms with baths and showers. Huge balcony - a BBQ or more comfortable furniture would make such a big empty area better. Check in very easy and host very helpful. Great location, easy to get to the city by free tram and public transport free in Victoria during April. Decent gym although would have preferred an indoor pool. A great stay, thank you. "
