I am a gold member and I am very happy with Expedia however in this case I think you need to be my advocate and help, either with a coupon or credit to get this bad experience behind us. "

"The room was small with no good place to put a 2nd suitcase. But the big attraction was the setting - a very private patio surrounded by vegetation and an attractive pool area. Breakfast (and in our case, dinner) on the patio was very pleasant. Traffic noise from an adjacent road was annoying. All in all, very nice but pricey."
