Lovely old style grand hotel. Cocktails on the terrace are very good! Room was comfortable but shower is very small.

good friendly staff

The staff were professional

Lovely hotel in a central location - perfect for exploring the city. Clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were very polite and helpful, especially the lady who looks after the spa, who was excellent. There was a €50 deposit per night that i was not told about so that did come as a surprise, one i had not budgeted for. However the bed was extremely comfy and the room was large, modern and clean with a massive window. The tv was big however the remote was very unresponsive. The spa, pool and sauna facilities were great and the complimentary cookies upon check in were a tasty surprise.

Great room in a great location. Walking distance to everything you'll want to see in Zagreb. The staff was very friendly.

I first stayed at this hotel in 2007 just after it opened and before it was part of the Best Western group. The hotel is situated a few km from the airport and a short bus or car ride to the center of Zagreb. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is adequate, and the staff are efficient and friendly. Free wifi is available in rooms and public places, and parking is available. I often call in to the cafe bar whilst waiting for a flight.

Very good hotel. Modern and clean, with good facilities and attentive staff. Good value for money for what you get.

From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. From start to finish, I experienced genuinely warm, attentive and professional hospitality, which made my stay particularly enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner were of an excellent standard, with a wonderful emphasis on quality and local produce. The real highlight, however, is the family-owned vineyard and winery itself. There is something particularly special about the setting, the atmosphere and the sense of tradition that runs...

Staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had options to choose from.

Lovely secluded hotel, off the main road in its own cul de sac , small personel, clean and delightful. and very peaceful. excellent breakfast, located by main tram stops which can take you to main square, railway station or bus station, located just off centre so lots of excellent small cheap restaraunts ,café bars and bakeries. Easy walking around central Zagreb. a simple, comfortable, hotel with as well a small bar even selling local good craft beer.

Nice place to stay literally 10 minutes walk away from the centre of Zagreb. Easy to check in and out.
