"I loved this place! You can’t beat the quality for the price. It was a nice, small, clean room with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The front desk people were super nice and helped me extend my stay when my work schedule changed. 64E and lots of shopping and restaurants are right there. "The staff was very helpful when our TV wasn't working and when we couldn't figure out our AC. They even helped with our toilet and cleaned and replaced our towels while doing so. And our light under the microwave needed to be replaced too. I thought you guys provided things like silverware, plates, cups etc... but I was wrong. "I don't think the toilet/shower area was cleaned before we checked in, though it did get cleaned during our stay. The breakfast consisted of granola bars. None of the beverage machines seemed to work. "
"Walked in to check in, lady at desk started to yell at me because im cheap, didnt pay enough for my room. I dont have any thing to do with the price, i got the price that expedia gave me.
Got to the room and there were ticks in the bed.
So the guy at the desk moved our room
