"There was no breakfast, it reeked of animal urine and cigarette smoke I had to switch rooms because the first one was dirty it was not clean the floor was sticky, and the second room there was still stains on the walls everywhere that could have been cleaned up mold all around the mirror mold in the bathroom sink questionable white powder remarks on the mirror. Would not recommend!! there was no breakfast either day I was there!"

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Newport News was one of the worst on our US roadtrip. We had to change rooms during our 2 day stay because of non-working door-locks. The entire facility is poorly maintained. Bedlinen are dirty, all family members had bites from bedbugs all over their bodies after our stay there.
