"We came for the pool. I book rooms on travel so my kiddo has a place to swim but the heater was broken. It was really cold. We tried but couldn’t. Never saw anyone else in the pool during the couple days we were there. Would be worth mentioning at check in that it’s an unheated pool when people are inquiring about the pool hours/towels specifically. Other than that everyone was lovely "

"I was totally disappointed with the condition of this Holiday Inn Express. I always stay at one while traveling, however, I have to take this location off of my list. While the staff were totally pleasant and kind, the main foyer nice and clean, the facility needs a serious UPGRADE! To start, the lighting in the room was not sufficient, the bathroom lighting was very dim - only one light in the shower section and one around the mirror. The water pressure was not good at all. It barely came out of the sink and took a long time to get warm. When you entered the room where the beds are located there is a huge closet. This is indeed a harzard and took up much need space in the room. The furniture is dated. The shower needs updating and the wifi was horrible! I'm sure management is aware of the issues with this property and should take this complaints serious. They need to upgrade this location if they are to continue charging the prices they do to stay here. They really are giving the Holiday Inn Express brand a bad name. Seriously......"

"When we checked in the lady at the front desk was nice. When we got to our room and got settled, we unpacked I noticed that there were sticky rings on the TV stand where somebody had set glasses down and it didn’t get wiped up. I bring wipes with me so I wiped that up then we turned down the sofa bed and found a used dried baby wipe still in the bed. The sofa was ripped, had pink paint stains all over it and was filled with salt or sand. I went and let them know at the front desk. they switched us to another room, but it wasn’t the room that we wanted instead of a king with a sofa bed we got two full beds. The bathroom light was fluorescent and burning out. It flashed constantly. The maintenance man told me that he would come and replace the bulb the next day which he never did. When we were in bed, going to sleep, the front desk clerk rented the room that we were in and so a man came in our room while we were in bed. My children were terrified when I threw on my robe and went to the front desk the young lady, a different one then from when I checked in, was very rude to me and told me it was an accident. She acted as if I was crazy for being upset. I told her this man opened our door and walked completely into our room and stood there looking at us. She deactivated his key and when she did that she deactivated mine so I couldn’t get back into my room to comfort my terrified kids. We travel twice a month for business, and I will never stay in a comfort Inn again"

"Bed covers had holes n them Jacuzzi jets didn't work, couldn't control the water Roach n tub Sheets were dirty n end up getting sick "

"When i booked the room i was given the total price as i get with every other hotel ive stayed and when i get there the room they offered was extremely smelly and very unkept by maintenance so they offered a different room that wasn't much better and when i went to pay charged me more than what my total price was said that there was a deposit that i would get back after check out but still have not received and its been over 3 weeks this is absolutely absurd and unprofessional and because i didn't receive the deposit back put me in a bad spot because that was my gass money to get to my next job location and it cost me that job so i will definitely never use that place ever again !!"
