Hotel dekat Cinemark City Center

"This is a newer property and reflects it! The rooms, lobby and staff are all excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here again."

"Staff accommodating and friendly. We did however have an issue with a microwave that did not work. They offered to switch rooms but we opted not to. It was also suggested to use microwave down n the lobby. I thought that the breakfast should have been included instead of offering items that were $2.00 for a muffin. Overall, this was the second time we stayed here and will probably return."

"Excellent breakfast Room clean and comfortable The staff we met very friendly/nice The shower was very hot but difficulty in adjusting"

"It was way better than we expected, given the cheap price. Would stay here again if we are in the area. Quiet area, clean room, great price. Don’t need much else."

"The hotel was pretty low budget. The sheets had to be returned several times after spots and blood stains were observed. We had to take the sheets to the front desk ourselves to switch it out. The phone didn’t work in the room so we had to contact them in out cell. The sofa bed had springs coming out the towels were dirty and we got them straight from the housekeeper who was washing fresh loads. The bathroom water got stopped out and the housekeeper never came into the room to clean after three...

"The water pressure for hot water was almost at a zero. The shower curtains needed to be changed. Mold n mildew at the bottom of the shower curtain. Walls need to be cleaned and the curtains on the window needs to be cleaned"

"Random people came in to eat breakfast that were not staying there. The room was dirty, beds smelled, carpets were badly stained, towels were see through and scratchy and there were not enough, sheets were see through. This was the worst. Terrible! We would have left but everything was booked."

"Older facility…poorly maintained…literally the ‘last resort’ as we were attending activities in Hampton but everything was sold out. Mold in bathroom tub…bugs crawling on floors. Heating unit only blew cold air. The thick glass around the lobby desk should have been an indication of what to expect."

"After I checked in, I was resting in my room when someone knocked on the door. I asked, “Who is it?” and was told that the manager wanted to see me. I explained that I was resting and asked why the manager wanted to see me and whether I could simply call her instead. The person at the door replied, “I’m just delivering the message.” I then called the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. After I identified myself, she promptly said, “There’s a gentleman in your room.” Confused, I...
