"Arrived after booking the room online. Went to check in and the receptionist explain to me that several housekeepers had called off. And a few rooms were not able to be cleaned. Do I mind getting a twobed room instead of a 1 king zize bed as requested. Im assuming the one i requested was also still not cleaned from the previous stayer. I explained to her that its fine I understand and I agreed. Hotel number 321 we walked in and it was not cleaned. I was so sleepy from traveling and work that I just went to bed but I took pictures the next morning when I woke up to have proof of towels that were already in here and used The bed i slept on and the bed the preavious people slept in... thank God there was one bed that wasn't touched and wasn't slept in. I have book rooms for the past two nights here. And am planning on booking more if not every day for a while but I hope I don't have this happen again specially for the money I pay. What I would like to know is how are we going to make this better"

"The staff was very welcoming and informative. The bed was a bit stiff but that's just me. Overall a nice property. "

"The front desk staff required a 100 dollar deposit at check in. Our first room the deadbolt didn't work, which the front desk thought wasn't important. Then our second room all the lights didn't work and the shower was busted and sprayed water everywhere. Our third room the floor was torn up and in bad condition. The front desk were rude during our room change requests. The hot tube also did not work."
