Was dog scratch marks all over the room 305 head rest an just had a strong odor of animals dogs specifically in that room I stayed in worse when ac was on an could see mold in the ac unit where the vent was.

Room was clean. Didn’t use the pool. Back door by the back stairs was said to be locked and to use the room key to get in but it was not locked. Paper by door said do not smoke by front door. Only smoke in smoking area. Front desk worker was smoking right by the front door while kids were waiting for the school bus.

The rooms are okay. Housekeeping does come to clean unless you ask them. It does feel safe and the whole place smells like cigarettes.

The bathtub was unsafe due to it being slick they need to put non slick application in bottom of tub. I felt very unsafe taking a shower. There was alot of noise during the night inside and out. Will not stay there again

The room was smelly. The carpets in the entire building should have been replaced long ago. We will be more diligent in checking the ratings in the future. We were at 10 different hotels in 14 days, this id the only one that was a mistake

Our room was clean and comfortable. Our microwave didn't work so we used the one downstairs in the breakfast area, and everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again if in the area :)

to start they double charged me, when i checked in the first rooms door was falling off, the second rooms door wouldnt latch, the third rooms door worked but the floors were dirty to the point that walking bare foot on them made the bottom of my feet black, breakfast was just ok eggs were watery but everything else was fine ... i checked in a day late because of car problems they charged me for the first night and then charged me again for the first night when i did check in, you cant reach anyone on customer service line to talk about it

The staff was extremely helpful when we realized that I had accidentally booked the wrong weekend. They got us in a room. The hotel is a little dated, but it was clean and served the purpose. If you are expecting a luxury resort, then this is not your place. If you are looking for a clean room and good bed to rest for a night, then this hotel certainly fit the bill.
