"The curtains in our room did not block out the blaringly bright lights from outside. There was also a lot of activity outside our room at all hours of the night and the windows are nowhere near sound proof. Sounded like everyone was sitting in our room yelling at each other. Bring earplugs!"

"Very close to the hospital where we needed to be for an early appointment. So convenient!"

"Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned."

"The 1 inch gap under the door could be a problem as the weather changes."
