"This hotel was so bad that we ended up not even staying here. We arrived around midnight and the doors that were supposed to be locked after 9pm opened right up for us, no key card, no buzzer, nothing. Then we checked in and check in went fine.
We got up to our assigned room and immediately once we stepped off the elevator, the entire floor smelled like cigarettes despite being a smoke free hotel. We go to our room, open the door and it smelled like someone was sitting in the room actively smoking.
We went back down to the front desk and no one was there manning it. After waiting about 5 minutes for someone to return to the front desk, I began searching for other hotels. While searching for other hotels, two individuals who appeared to be high on meth wandered into the hotel. There was zero chance I was staying here with my pregnant wife. Luckily we were able to find a room at the Hilton. We immediately booked it and headed over there.
Terrible hotel experience, I’m fighting to get my money back as I type this."
