"Breakfast was amazing, and staff were polite and friendly"

"Staff was friendly but when we got to the room there was no sheets for the pullout bed so we had to go down and get them. We were told they had no extra pillows. The pullout mattress was filthy and stained and only a couple inches thick. You could feel every single spring. We weren’t able to use the pool because they said they were waiting on a part for something to be fixed. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling around the fan and the tile in the bathroom floor was completely loose and moved...

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have happy hour with snack and drinks in the evening. If you need a lot space or have a big family, the 2 bedroom suite with connector would be a great choice."

"First room smelled like pee. We got moved promptly and the front desk attendant was very helpful. We got into the second room and it was hot and stuffy. Had to wait for it to cool down but beats the smell of pee. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent."

"The room was very clean! We were happy with our stay. If I could improve one thing it would be the breakfast. Only coffee, boiled eggs and granola bars are available."

"We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast."

"It was nice to have a separated bedroom. Great A/C to cool down. Plenty of space for an air mattress so the kids didn't have to share a fold out couch. Lots to do nearby."

"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...
