"We booked the hotel for the rooftop pool. I called the day prior to confirm our reservation and was not told that the pool was closed due to a problem with balancing the chemicals. I would have loved to rebook at a different hotel given we were staying during a heat wave and the beaches were impacted by the sewer bill. Upon check-in, we were told we could use the Jacuzzi, which was not an option. We were also informed that the reason there was a problem with the pool was because they were 1000...
