"Wonderful location and sparkling property. John Orlando, the owner, was welcoming and attentive. The room was comfortable with great lighting and the Continental breakfast was good. The only thing missing was a full length mirror: maybe one could be mounted on the bathroom door? All in all however, a great stay."

"We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And if you're a smoker, you're asked not to smoke even outside on the deck - which my wife found disappointing as we sat and watched the sun go down. Smoking is allowed only in one designated area in the rear of the property."

"Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy."
