"Amazing Property, Spotlessly clean, well equipped and very homely."

"Good size and well equipped room. Most things newish and everything worked. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. One big issue stood out. The bathroom had no power socket (e.g. for shaver) and the sink/mirror area was in a small, dark, unlit alcove that prevented easy and convenient useuse"

"Everything about this hotel is excellent!"

"Nice rural hotel and restaurant. Good rooms and friendly staff. Great Lincolnshire breakfast."

"Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again."

"Great stay, can't fault it"

"A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style ."
