"Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff!
Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you. "

"Fantastic hotel. The staff were beyond welcoming and the location was in the heart of the town. I spent many hours analyzing our choices in the city and settled on this.
The hotel had a very nice boutique vibe - wish we had more time to enjoy. If we are back in Zurich this will be our one & only choice. "

"Room was okay. I’m-room amenities were not exactly to the standard we were hoping for: pillows need updating. AC was not strong, bed was not very comfortable. Room was small for price (though it is Europe, understand the size but not for the price), food/drink in-room was just okay. Was not a fan of the light system in the rooms: either all lights are on or none at all. Wish we could turn on individual lights. No dimming of lights either which was disappointing.
Hotel itself was great....
