"This hotel is in a good location near shops and it has a restaurant inside. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The room was dusty and not well cleaned. The toiletries weren’t filled up before our arrival so we ran out. The maid didn’t come till late afternoon, so we were unable to have our room cleaned since we were resting in the room. "The entirety of the property was not maintained well and it was clear that some of the carpets haven't been cleaned in years. The staff was helpful, but the room is was in didn't give me confidence. The bathroom hadn't been deep cleaned and the towels did not smell like they had been washed. Free parking option was nice."

"Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help customers. The property is in much need of updating. They can start by cleaning the carpets in the halls and rooms. Power went off on my check out day, that's wnen I learned they don't have a back up generator for power outages. Never have I experienced a property of that size not having a generator. Well...maybe they did, just in need of repairs like the rest of the place. Will stay elsewhere on future trips."
