"The staff was quiet and straight to the point. Wasn’t overly that friendly. We booked a 2 queen room non smoking for 2 adults and 2 kids. Check in: they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to get with expedias tech support to help get this resolved. They did however end up resolving it fairly quick. "I cannot say enough great things about this property! The media room was everybody’s absolute favorite. We had a lovely time all the way around and had a hard time leaving this morning. We came down for our daughter’s birthday as she is a junior at Baylor! The house is very spacious with a great deal of natural light! It is so incredibly fun with all of the amenities as well as secluded. The hot tub was great… we couldn’t use the pool because the weather was too cold but it looked beautiful and...

"The downtown aloft was a very good place to stay at. It has a nice pool and a good gym. It’s close to alot and is in a good area. I did come with my dog and this place was very nice and pet friendly. There’s area to walk your dog as well. And lots of food places nearby "

"The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent but the overall experience was okay...the biggest issue was the noise...I heard every door close, people talking in the halls and construction noises...the location was not the best (construction and street layout)...parking was horrible..they definitely need a bigger parking lot...it wasn't the worst experience but I'll look for a different hotel next time"
