"Evening buffet wasn’t too bad, but we arrived about an hour into service and there wasn’t mix left. The bedroom was meant to be for 2 adults and 1 child, what we for was 2 single beds shoved together and no bedding for the “sofa” bed. Breakfast was poor. "

The hotel staff made sure my checking very smooth and fast, and helped me bring all my stuff to the room. Everything is very smooth and told me that the clock change. The room is very comfortable which helped me fall into sleep "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the lack of customer service. The staff was a bit rude during check-in, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. There was no effort to be welcoming, helpful, or professional, and it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Customer service is a basic expectation when staying at any hotel, and unfortunately, this property fell far below that standard. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."
