Place was great , clean, big, easy check in , only issue we had that the hot water wasn’t easily available, you had to turn on a switch and then wait 15-20 minutes before you can take a shower in the morning.

The communication with AirStay was poor. We tried to contact them 3 times and didn’t receive any response. There was no water in the fridge, the toilet flush button needs fixing and there was mould on the shower walls. Having said that - the location is awesome and the restaurants plentiful.

The loft apartment was huge! And had a wrap around deck with almost 360 views! Only issue is that we barely had any toilet paper and no replacement rolls.

Close to ATH airport. Main entrance key pad needs to be replaced as it’s worn out and difficult to read at night. Some light fixtures were not working. Place was clean and spotless. The neighborhood looks run down with empty buildings and out of business stores.

Lovely Town, Stressful Stay !!!!

The place was ideally situated, and overall everything was fine at first. However, my stay was disrupted early in the morning when I woke up around 5:30–6:00 a.m. to loud noise, shouting, and police activity outside. It turned out there was a farmer’s market that day, and I had parked on the street where it was being set up. Unfortunately, nobody informed me in advance about this, so I was caught off guard and had to rush to move my car while vendors were already setting up around it. It was a stressful and unpleasant situation that could have easily been avoided with a simple notice. I’ve attached photos showing how the street looked quiet and peaceful on Friday night compared to the next morning during the farmer’s market, just to show the contrast. I also texted the property management explaining what happened and asked if I could extend my checkout slightly since I had been woken up so early. Instead of a considerate response, I received a generic message saying they couldn’t extend and that I needed to check out by 10:59 — ironically, even earlier than their stated time. Around 10:15, the cleaning lady was already waiting at the door and seemed upset that I hadn’t checked out yet, even though I left at 11. The town itself is beautiful, and the property has potential, but the lack of communication and poor handling of the situation made it a negative experience. I wouldn’t stay here again or at any property managed by AIRSTAY !

Does the job the evening before the airport

All was as it should. We had the loft and if you book it, you should know the elevator stops one floor underthe floor of the loft. You have to do a level by the stairs, nothing to do but be aware. If you have a lot of luggages, you will have to use the small elevator several times. It is well situated by the beach and a shopping street two blocks above. When you reach the beach front, go right and walk along the beach, there are several restaurant and a big supermarket at the end of the beach.
