The hotel is in a fabulous location, with beautiful views and the perfect swimming spot. The staff are extremely helpful and the house keeping staff are really efficient. The place is very clean. The hotel is also near to the town if you need to get anything, but it’s far enough away that it’s very chilled.

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Bucht ohne touristischen Schnickschnack, aber auch ohne nennenswerte Infrastruktur. Wer es ruhig haben möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Zimmer war groß genug, das Badezimmer vergleichsweise riesig. Leider waren die Matratze und das Kopfkissen etwas zu hart und die Klimaanlage außerhalb des Zimmers recht laut in der Nacht. Das Frühstück war einfach und wenig gesund (Brot, etwas Käse, ein paar Oliven, Marmelade, gekochtes Ei und Pommes). Eine Frühstücksauswahl gab es nicht.

Otelin konumu cok guzel, kalabaliktan ve kaostan uzak, koyda kaliyor. Otele varista arabanizi direkt valeye teslim edebiliyorsunuz, bu kisim onemli cunku yanlislikla oteli gecerseniz sonrasinda girilen dag yolu tehlikeli. Kahvalti cesitliydi, urunler kaliteli, taze, isterseniz omlet vs yaptirabiliyorsunuz. Plaj otelin hemen onunde, iskele yok, merdivenlerle ve kucuk bir aradan direkt denize erisim var. Deniz cok guzel ve temiz, ozellikle sabah saatleri cok huzurlu bir ortam var. Yemek, alkol, kahve fiyatlari normaldi. Calisanlar cok ilgili, guler yuzlu, hepsi cok yardimci oldular. Kaldigimiz oda yeterli buyuklukteydi, sadece oda yola yakin oldugu icin geceleri biraz gurultu alabiliyor ama cok buyuk bir sorun degil. Cok keyifli bir otel.

Hemen yanında kendi plajı var ama deniz soğuk ve derin, bunun için de ayrıca kendi temiz havuzu olan, resepsiyondan valeye, restorandan plaja her çalışanın profesyonel olduğu bir işletme, banyo ve minibar biraz eski, yenilenebilir ama tarilinize engel olacak bir durum asla değil, restoran mükemmel, akyakaya gitmenize gerek kalmaz, fiyatlar da etrafına göre oldukça uygun

Otelin konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı ve akşam iskelede yediğimiz yemekler de çok lezzetliydi. Ancak kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü ve özellikle balkondayken nereden geldiğini anlamadığımız hafif bi koku vardı (rutubet kokusu gibi). Bir de sahile dışarıdan yemek içmek için birşey getirmek yasaktı. En azından otel müşterilerine bu yasaği biraz esnetebilirler diye düşünüyorum. Başka gidilecek yer yoktu çünkü. Sonuçta oradan yemek istenmeyen birşeyler atıştırmak isteyebilir müşteriler.

Doğası mükemmel ama işletmesi kötü

Kahvaltı ücretleri çok pahalı ayrıca sattıkları ve verdikleri kahvaltı farklı. Ayrılırken yaşadığım olumsuzlukları anlatmak istedim ama resepsiyonist hanımefendi burayı ev gibi düşünmeyin diyerek iletişim kuramayacağımızı zaten göstermiş oldu. Soru soracağınız bir telefon bile yok odada gerekli özen asla gösterilmemiş bir oda teslim ediliyor. Eleştiriye asla açık olmamakla birlikte kendilerine müşteri portföyü oluşturmak istediklerini hiç sanmıyorum. Memnuniyet oluşturmanın önemini ve müşterilerin tekrar ziyaret etmelerini sağlamayı düşünmüyorlar bence. Ortam çok sakin çok güzel iskeleleri muazzam güzel ama kötü yönetiliyor. Doğasını çok beğendiğim halde bir daha tercih sebebim olamaz.

Personel

Deniz Manzaralı oda rezervasyonumuzu yaptık. Ancak verilen oda çok ufak ve eskiydi. Durumu Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlara bildirdikten sonra çok yardımcı oldular. Hizmet ve saygıda inanılmaz çalışan ekip var. Harika bir zaman geçirdik. Teşekkür ederiz tüm ekibe.

The best hotel of the Turkish riviera

Прекрасный отель в потрясающем по красоте месте. У нас был просторный королевский номер с шикарными видами на море. Тихое и спокойное место, отель с доброжелательным персоналом. Отныне это лучший отель в Турции, где мне посчастливилось останавливаться. Красивые завтраки прямо на берегу моря. Единственная претензия к завтракам - добавьте немного колбасы или сосисок.

Doğayla Yakın, mavi- yeşil bir tatil arayanlara..

Keyifli ve sakin bir tatil keyfi yaptık.İşletmeye ve güler yüzlü çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyoruz. Akşam yemekleri bi parça yüksek ücretli olsa da, denemenizi öneririm. Akyaka merkeze çok yakın olup, aynı anda da bakir bir koyda tatil yapmak isteyenler mutlaka denemeli. Havuza çıkışı olan odalardan birinde kaldık, çok keyifliydi cidden, kuş sesleri ve su sesiyle uyanmak harikaydı. Dev boydaki ağaçların arasında, havuz keyfi ise ayrı bir güzeldi. Kahvaltı biraz vasat , belki bu konuda bir iyileştirme yönünde geri bildirimimiz olabilir.
