Perfect location

This hotel offers the perfect stay for younger, fit people, who will put location in front of comfort. The rooms are a bit worn down, the beds are not the most comfortable and the promised hair drier was nowhere to be found. But what this very basic hotel lacks in comfort it makes up for by location: just a few steps from the town centre's vast range of enjoyment and 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, makes this the perfect place to stay in Marmaris. The staff is very friendly and helpful but speaks very little English. The manager speaks some German though. It is our warm recommendation to give this simple but sweet hotel a try.

Marmarisin en iyisi Ressa Apart

Gerçekten çok güzel ve tertemiz odalar. Apart sahibi ve çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Apartın konumu ve Marmaris'te gidilebilecek her yere yakın olması da bizim için çok iyi oldu. Yine Marmaris'e gidecek olursam yine Ressa Apart'ta kalırım. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Orada çalışan yaşlı adam gerçekten tamamen para odaklı çalışıyor. Müşteriye sevgi saygı önem yok. Ve otel’e ailecek gittik. Gecelik bile tutulabilen bir apart onu da anladık . Hep bekar erkekler , konumu olmasa asla düşünmezdim zaten .

Sorry we booked

We booked online, arrived to no room. The owner called his son to speak to us in English. He proceeded to tell us it was our fault for booking too late and that they had a larger room for an extra €12 Euro or we could go elsewhere. The owner then confessed it was his fault and gave us the room without an extra charge, which was great because the room was not worth the rate. It had a cigarette smell (we are none smokers), it wasn't clean and the owner had such a shouting tone of voice we could hear it constantly. The wifi was only able to be used when standing at the door. We couldn't get hot water at 5am and a dining chair was broken (just remove it and no one would get a bad impression). Anyway we were pretty glad to leave. It was overall just a frustrating trip.
