"Everything from the amenities to the staff were beautiful. The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the surrounding areas were well maintained. This place offers great value for the price. The homes are well furnished and practical for families. A spacious, comfortable and charming alternative to staying in downtown Paris."

"A lovely hotel in a great location (very near the train stop and a shopping mall) with direct shuttle bus to the Disney parks. We arrived late at night after a delayed flight, but the staff were very helpful and got us into our room very quickly. Unfortunately we discovered that one of the double USB charging ports was broken, and the drain in the bath was blocked, but after reporting it first thing in the morning, we were very pleased to discover that both issues had been fixed by the time we returned from the parks that day, along with a box of chocolates to apologise for the inconvenience. The chocolates were a really lovely touch - completely unexpected, but goes to show that they want their customers to enjoy their time there. We had a family room with two double beds which was more than spacious enough for us - the bathroom has Rituals amenities too, which gave it that luxury touch. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - a huge selection, with something for everyone - my son was a huge fan of the pain au chocolats, they were delicious! Overall, a really nice hotel in a good location if you're visiting Disney, we would definitely return."

"This was a return visit to the Ki Space Hotel, and it once again exceeded our expectations. We stayed in our usual Deluxe Suite, which is incredibly spacious and features two bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, a balcony, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, and a hallway. The beds, premium bedding, air conditioning, and in-room amenities are all absolutely first-class. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, particularly the swimming pool, the Spa, and the relaxing robotic massage. A special shoutout goes to the Ki Space Hotel Honey—while it is pricey at €39 for a large jar, the quality is outstanding and well worth the money! Having stayed in most hotels around Disneyland Paris over the years, we can confidently say this one meets our needs the best. The staff are incredibly helpful, and we truly cannot fault a single thing. We are already looking forward to our next stay!"

"very close to disney, the shuttle bus service is efficient. the rooms were very basic but clean. we arrived a little early, 1 hour before check in and were charged an additional 30 Euros. apparently if you arrive before midday you will be charge 50 euros. also be aware that car parking is also an additional charge of 15 euros per day"

"Lovely helpful staff through out the hotel bedroom was clean and well presented ..as was the bathroom First nights breakfast was not as nice as the 2nd one ...maybe it was because we were earlier Pool was cold and hot tub warm"

"A very nice and clean hotel with good facilities. The only comment is that the staff are a bit disorganized and seem to be all over the place. We left our luggage with them and upon collection, they wanted to give us an extra bag that belonged to someone else and my husband's bag was open but luckily nothing was taken. Just a note to be careful with the luggage."

"Fantastic Service and Price. The check in clerks were able to speak English and French effectively. The property is a very manageable walk to the park, AND is right next to a major shopping center with a train that goes right into Paris. If you are planning on making Disneyland part of your Paris adventure, I would heavily recommend this hotel for both Price and ease to get into the city. We did see a few silverfish during our week long stay, but that might be a bit inevitable. Overall very satisfied with our experience."
