"Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Coffee machines need to be looked into - replaced. On the last day, I had a decent cappuccino. Dinner and lunch buffets are great as well, made more enjoyable due to people like Muskan, Abhilash, Deepak Shivam etc. In the other restaurant Varun, except for one person, Madhina, others don’t seem to smile at all. Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there. "

"It’s a beautiful property in a great location. What stood out are all of the little treats and gifts and events etc for all guests. Makes one feel very welcomed. Staff somewhat disorganised at times and that could be improved. "

"Had an amazing stay with Avantika Taj this month. Rooms have a breathtaking views. Cleanliness,Hospitality is extremely impressive. The hotel is new, hence the service is slow but overall experience is great. The only challenge could be taking 50-60 steps every time ( especially for elders) which needs to be considered before booking as there is no other way to commute. Shall visit again . Thank you ."

"Running water in the washroom was dirty and yellow, no hot water on the last day, room was not clean, towel did not feel clean, no view, extremely noisy and dirty area. Hotel right on the road. The hotel and room was sprayed with awful scents and could not breathe. This was the worse part. The breakfast was not clean. Bread was stale and dry. There was a dead fly sitting on one of the food items and had to tell the waiter and took it away only after telling him. Very disgusting. "
