From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. "This property is not in the hotel… it’s an apartment, next to the hotel…. But… it’s superb location, right next to slopes, hot shower and warm room. All you need! No cooker, only hob and microwave. Location is amazing and pretty tidy. Would definitely go again with family. (2 adults 2 children). "
