Very beautiful Riad with great staff. Its about a 10 minute walk to Jamma El Fna. There are pleanty of eating and shopping options right in the vicinity
Overall, great stay and hospitality. It's a good value at the price point (so do have reasonable expectations for the rooms and amenities). Would recomend. Note that the main attendant didnt any English.
Stay was great, the Riad is beauriful And the staff are amazing to deliver the well known moroccan hospitality. I had the opportunity to feel home à way from home.
We had a great time in Marrakech. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the place was clean, cool and beautiful. The location is right in the middle of the Kasbah with a great little market outside. The main street has loads of fantastic street food and the main square and central souks are within walking distance.
This was such a great place to stay as we were right in the heart of things. We were made to feel so welcome at the Riad and it was always a lovely place to come back to after the chaos! If we ever go back we will definitely go stay again.
The Traditional Riad in the old mellah is a haven of peace and tranquility, and the staff and family went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and well presented and the building was well cared for and clean. We felt we had made new friends and we're sorry to leave. If we were younger we would be returning year on year. The area around the Riad is not a tourist area but a busy local area where people are carrying on with their day to day activities of buying and selling for their daily requirements, so one has to be prepared for it to be unlike a local shopping centre in the UK! In that respect one is seeing the real Marrakesh.
