There is no kettle or coffee & tea in the room There is no iron or ironing board in the room They need a new soap in the bathrooms the current one smells funny. Savoy Le Grand Hotel
"Clean room , nice breakfast, beautiful pool and view . Staff were slow when in breakfast . Had to ask for a spoon and glass of orange juice 3 times and still didn’t get it . Had to get up and go and get a drink myself . Room service was good nice and clean ."
