"I booked a stay at the Beaucatcher in August 2025 and had a great time. The hotel was cute, very reasonably priced, and close to download Asheville (although not quite close enough to walk there). Moreover, the manager was extremely gracious to give me a partial refund for an accidental overbooking (I booked a room for myself and a friend, and my friend also booked a room due to a miscommunication).
