I really sincerely want to give a great review but it bothers me to do so. We drove from Florida and 3 hours before arriving we were told that our account had been flagged for payment. We called the bank and they confirmed that the money was taken out. I was told that I would receive a call back in an hour, 2 hours and no call. I called back and the lady acted like she didn’t know who I was. We were able to get everything squared away an hour before arrival. House was clean and decent but the beds were awful to say the least. The couch is not comfortable and fits MAYBE two people comfortably, and the tv in the middle bedroom doesn’t work at all. The bathroom is extremely small. They offer plenty of towels and the sink in the hallway is convenient. We went to ski at the new ski resort and after a long day on the slopes all we wanted was a good nights rest. Very hard to come by at this home due to very uncomfortable beds. My husband even tried to sleep on the couch half the last night since we had a long drive home. The person we contacted before arriving seemed annoyed that we even requested an early checkin. Nothing in the town was open. My 18 yo doesn’t ski so she was looking forward to enjoying the small town. She had nothing to do and only one working small tv on an uncomfortable couch.
