"Avoid this hotel. The staff are amazing (from front desk to cleaning) but there is no pool at this hotel. The pool pictured is a public pool across the road that hotel guests have access to. Including the pool in the hotel pictures is misleading. There were constant power outages every day that affected the TV and wifi. "Location great and clean with nice decor with beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant, however, mattress had what felt like a sink hole and you had to refill your own water carraffe every day and half the time the towels/facecloths were not provided after the room was made up. The "balcony with city view" was a joke--intirely covered window and had to walk up a flight of stairs to see anything from our level. Food at the restaurant was fairly average.
