"This was a check-in disaster. Staff promised to pick me up with shuttle, which did not happen. Called the hotel more than a dozen times and either no one picked up or they put me on hold and then was disconnected. Had to walk in 100 degree temperatures to get to the hotel and was not happy, but when I arrived staff was brusque and unhelpful. Add to this, when I finally got to my room, the AC was broken!"

"Ostensibly an airport hotel - but the facilities (pool, food, gym etc) are all really good. An excellent breakfast selection. Friendly staff and a really well managed hotel. Even the facility to press a buzzer at the airport to be picked up (5 min wait only) was impressive. Best Western should be proud of this Marseille gem. Well done!"

"Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Es war sauber und ordentlich. In unserem ersten Zimmer war leider der Regler der Klimaanlage defekt, wodurch sie auf höchster Stufe kühlte. Das Problem ließ sich nicht lösen, woraufhin wir ein neues ordentliches Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen haben."
