The main problem with this place is its location: it is in a very rundown area , and the man sleeping rough next to the main door did not help. Room was clean . Staff good —though I was disappointed to be told that for my 6 day stay , my towels would not be changed . The breakfast was extremely good ,and the two men looking after it were very helpful .

Nice place in Marseille

It was my second stay at this Hotel. Great area to stay in Marseille, near the metro and easy access to the beach and the Port. Very nice Studio.

Reprehensible Residhotel

Ok. I'm not one to knock hotels and lodgings but, with this one i will make an exception. The hotel is not in the nicest bit of town. It had some homeless and other dubious characters hanging around. The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade. Personally I'd pull it down and start again. The rooms are dark with the strangest lighting set up I've seen in years. The bathroom stank. The towels were grubby. One light above the sink. The beds were ok but the pillows should have been condemned to the bin years ago. Having said that, it's not the worst hotel I've stayed in. The staff were nice and there is a Carrefour supermarket really close which has most stuff. I only stayed here due to there being a couple of events which had taken up the hotels which i would usually stay in. Never again! Avoid if you can.

Bien situé mais séjour gùché par le bruit

Le point positif principal de cet appart’hĂŽtel est sa situation : pratique et fonctionnelle, notamment pour se rendre au stade. La climatisation et la literie sont correctes, et le balcon est apprĂ©ciable. Cependant, notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© fortement perturbĂ© par le bruit, de jour comme de nuit. Les voisins faisaient traĂźner des meubles Ă  toute heure, et nous avons mĂȘme eu droit Ă  du bruit de perceuse. De plus, l’odeur de cigarette Ă©tait trĂšs prĂ©sente dans les parties communes et parfois dans l’appartement, malgrĂ© l’interdiction affichĂ©e. L’endroit semblait mal frĂ©quentĂ©, la propretĂ© dĂ©cevante, et le personnel Ă  la rĂ©ception ne semblait pas en mesure de gĂ©rer certains comportements de clients perturbateurs. En rĂ©sumĂ©, un logement bien placĂ© mais dans lequel il est difficile de se reposer dans de bonnes conditions.

J' avais reservĂ© une journĂ©e supplĂ©mentaire et la veille, j’ai demandĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception Ă  rĂ©gler la rĂ©servation et on m' a rĂ©pondu que j' avais mal compris et que l’hĂŽtel etait complet. Je n’avais pas le moyen de locomotion et je n’avais pas prĂ©vu retourner chez moi le lendemain.Quand j' ai ramassĂ© mes affaires, le matin suivant, Ă  10h15, on m' a appelĂ© de la rĂ©ception pour rĂ©gler le jour supplĂ©mentaire. J’ai expliquĂ© qu’on m’ avait dit lr jour d’avant que l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait complet. Finalement on a pu rĂ©cupĂ©rer la rĂ©serve mais j’ai eu vraiment trĂšs peur de ne plus avoir de logement.

I stayed here in May 2024 as a solo traveler and unfortunately experienced a bed bug issue. I saw visible bed bugs (apple seed–sized) in the elevator on the first day and woke up on the second day with painful, swollen bites all down my arm. I reported it to reception and was refunded for the cost of medication I had to buy — but nothing more was done. I didn’t know at the time that I had the right to leave or request a full refund, and I was too anxious to leave a public review, but I want to share this now so others are aware. The hotel staff were polite, but the situation was serious and not adequately resolved. I hope this is no longer an issue, but please check your room thoroughly before settling in

I booked the room with the Terrance, and didn’t receive it. Paid more for that but didn’t get it. Not too happy with that!! I should get some credit back for what I paid at the time! Or it was just false advertisement!!
