Staff were very welcoming and helpful, car park very useful for our needs. Room was clean, lacked a few basic utensils. The reason I have marked so low is due to no air conditioning we only had a fan and therefore the warm air circulated and we couldn't get cool in a 36 degree heat and didn't sleep well at all. I understand also why people may feel a little uncomfortable in the area at night, during the day is ok although not much to do.

Spent 2 days as a solo traveller, hotel was good value for money. Staff were friendly and could communicate through the language barrier. Room was decent but a little unclean, not messy enough for a bad review and would recommend this apparthotel.

Good Value

Excellent value for the money. Great location with easy access to everywhere. Eight minute walk to metro station. 3 stops to Saint-Charles and port area. Great Wifi and hot water..two important things for Americans haha. Nice size clean room with awesome views. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful

Very nice experience! Anyone who writes negative reviews for this hotel means that they are not fit to travel. Very professional and polite staff. great location! a few metro stops and you reach the port. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has comfortable beds. I rested very well. The guys at the reception are among the best I've met in my travels

The staff was excellent! Smiling, courteous, most heplpful. The room was clean but.. cold when we arrived .and the beds were comfortable but the duvet cover was as thin as a sheet right in the middle of winter. Worst of all, we couldn't switch the radiator on as we couldn't find the switch after looking on all sides of the radiator. We had to ask one of the staff for help . He had to take off the shelf with the coffee machine above the radiator to find the switch after he 'd looked for it for quite a while. Not the easiest way to warm up a room quickly !

We had a problem with our fridge when we first got to the hotel; it didn't cool properly and it had what looked like to be black mold at the back of it, though the staff swore it was cooling fluid. They said they would send someone to look at the fridge/change it but nobody came, even after asking more than 3 times. We had to put our food in a Ziploc bag inside the fridge just in case it wasn't actually cooling fluid... The rest of the room was clean though, and the staff was really nice. Just a pity about the fridge.
