"The room that we were initially given was pretty warm even though the thermostat was set to 68. The front desk clerk was super understanding and moved us immediately. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great."

"The check in/out was easy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The walls could have been scrubbed a bit but I am extra picky. The hallways were clean, smelled nice and were well lit. The pillows were small but comfortable, and we were given extra upon request. Breakfast was good but the coffee was weak. We had a nice stay. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is a the best in town and was convenient to get to. Rooms were odd and left a lot to be desired from a comfort perspective. The hotel tried to be great which is commendable."

"Upon checking in...there was a smell....when going to our room and checking the beds (2 queen beds) BOTH BEDS WERE BADLY STAINED.... we were moved to another 2 queen bed room upstairs....also BOTH BEDS STAINED AND GROSS...TRASH STILL IN THE ROOM... When I asked for the Manager, I was told there was no Manager on location, no was there any service staff to change any sheets or clean anything.... I demanded a refund and got one."

"I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger."
