"Front desk staff was unfriendly. The "hot" breakfast was a joke. Hotel decided to change out smoke detectors while we were gone from the room (we asked that this NOT happen, but front desk replied "do you want to check out now". We will never stay here again."

"Clean, decent hotel. Wanted to charge us for an early check-in, which seemed excessive considering that they weren’t full, but in the end we got in an hour early and it was a good stay. Pool area needs improvement, my son’s feet got caught on exposed metal bolts and cut up his feet. Clean rooms."

"Thw shuttle service needs a phone line. I called for almost 30 minutes and no answer before getting someone to pick us up at airport. There were no upgrades or anything complimentary from the front desk when I brought this to their attention. The first room I was assigned smelled like smoke, then I requested to be moved to another room."

"The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, from the seemingly janky entryway to partial repairs all over. The rust stains and mildew in my shower, particularly around the old fixtures, did not make me feel like I would get clean in the shower. Thankfully, I was there for less than 10 hours. I know you get what you pay for, and around DC is appallingly expensive for some things, but this hotel seemed exceedingly rough."

"We were very happy with our stay . Newly renovated rooms, comfy bed , and every single front end person was friendly . It’s rare to find that. I’d stay again. Pretty flowers out front in pots were nicely taken care of and added a nice touch for someone like me that likes flowers. We didn’t need an elevator , but just so others know there is not one but im 100% certain thr front desk would help You"

"I was quite disappointed with this hotel experience. The grounds were very unkept. The buildings were not very clean, and my room was not very clean. My towels were stained and seemed dirty. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby and halls. Compared to what was pictured, I was surprised to find my booking."

"Great stay for overnight to get to Dulles Airport. Clean, spacious rooms- good breakfast. Didn't use pool but it looked very nice and clean. Was surprised how big the room was and how comfy bed was!"
