"The mattress was terrible, with 2 twin mattresses on a queen frame. There were hard bumps throughout the mattress, making it impossible to find a good comfortable spot. The wallpaper was peeling. The grab bar for the tub is located near the front of the shower, which would have been ok if the toilet wasn’t only inches away from the tub, basically blocking the grab bar.

"I’ve been staying in this room for 2 days, and the shower water still isn’t draining properly. The bathroom gets messy, and overall the room is not clean. The receptionist was also not helpful when I raised the issue. On top of that, the room was completely different from what was recommended and shown during booking. The only thing that was working is air conditioning.
Overall Very disappointing experience."
