Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. There was a problem with my room, and they took care of me right away, putting me in a new room that was just fine. You can't ask for more than that. Breakfast was fine.

Had to Park a block away and then wait until a certain time to receive a code to get in the building. The property is unattended and there is no front desk.
