"Although the reception, library room and breakfast area were fine this hotel is in need of renovation. We stayed two nights and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Especially Julia on the front desk. Our beds were large and comfortable but the room was dated with taps not working and the toilet hard to flush. Breakfast was adequate. "We had a basic twin room with 2 single beds (comfy enough), air conditioned (a welcome treat in this heat) the toilet/shower area is a bit small though, the rooms and corridors were clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and polite, they serve a full continental breakfast and the hotel does have 24-hour food service (Pizza, grilled cheese and deserts) for between midnight and breakfast, great for us that came back at 3am after been out for drinks, and lastly there is parking straight across from the hotel and is also close to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to others."
